Description
I reviewed the comprehensive 2018 RVA tree data base and noticed that three trees on the City of Richmond, VA easement, here in District 4, were NOT included. My December 2017 survey, to include flags and pins, shows that these trees are growing within the RVA City easement of my 6908 South Drive property. Notice the survey flags in each attached photo.
