Description
Someone has strewn a few bags of clothes and other similar items on 2nd St under the Lee/Belvidere bridge. They have been here for 2 days as of 10/4/18, and last I checked they were on the sidewalk. This was addressed a few days after I submitted this ticket. It can be closed.
