Description

Sugar maple tree on city property is rotting at the base of the trunk. The tree also has rotting or dead branches hanging above power lines. Please evaluate whether the tree should be removed or at a minimum trim the dead from the tree. The adjacent two maples also frequently drop branches and limbs of significant size. They should be trimmed too.
