the alley is located north of the 3200 block of west grace street, west of n. cleveland street, east of tilden, south of 3200 block of cutshaw avenue. there are two issues: 1) missing water shut-off cover, commercial size, and 2) potholes bad at the tilden end of this alley. thanks in advance.
