Description

There is loose road starting to create a pothole right off the sidewalk at Stockton & 3rd streets. This is impeding on the accessible ramp to the side walk. I fact, I saw someone struggling with a cart just today on this corner; if it had been someone in a wheelchair, this sidewalk curb would be in violation of accessible codes.
