Description
On Old Orchard when the paving project took place several years ago, the road was not properly paved. Now the road is washing away. It's actually washing away all down Old Orchard. We have filled in with rocks, but it does not seem to be helping. The rain is washing away the curbs. In the attached photo, you can see where the new road stops way outside the curb and where it should have been paved to.
