Description

It looks like there has been no bulk pickup performed in my neighboorhood for a long time. I placed an item out before the correct collection day that meets all criteria on the bulk trash pickup website, and it was not touched. Walking down the alley, I see many of my neighbors have had their bulk trash ignored as well.
