Description

At the intersection of Guthrie Ave and adjacent to the concrete median on Libbie Ave, south bound side, there is a large pothole that has formed around a water valve cover. This hole is at least 2 feet x 2 feet. As vehicles pass over this pothole it is very loud and disruptive in the residential area.
