Description

At 512 Libbie Ave. there is a steel plate that has been placed over a large hole in the roadway. Trucks and vehicles traveling over this raised steel plate create high noise and is very loud and disruptive. The steel plate needs to be removed and the permanent asphalt repair needs to be completed asap. This is a residential area and it is VERY VERY LOUD!!!!!
