Description

The Alley behind the 3100 block of Stuart is not managed well. There are some complexes that have a lot of trash, and I have watched the trash pickup truck carelessly take this trash. Almost every Monday, they leave litter and debris. I believe that the CVWMA could do better with this, though some blame is also with the property owners for the overflow.
