Description
The ground level traffic signal control box and cover have been seriously damaged, apparently by heavy trucks driving over the curb onto the sidewalk (where the access box is located) as they make a right turn onto Leigh St from Gillmer ST. after exiting I-95/I-64. While the traffic signal appears to be working, the sunken signal control access box is a serious tripping hazard for pedestrians. Thank you for your attention to this.
