Description

Recently, median strips were added to a portion of Bliley Road. While these, in and of themselves, are pointless, trees were planted in these median strips. TREES! One does not need an engineering degree to realize what trees will do to concrete and asphalt. Roots spread, they break these things down, limbs grow, causing an extremely hazardous driving situation. I can not believe anyone would approve for this to be built in this way! Putting TREES in the middle of the street?!
