Description
Hello, I live in the 4200 block of Hickory Rd between cherokee & riverside drives. For the entire summer Hickory rd has had so much vegetation encroaching on the road, barely one car can get through it. Not only that but a 3 ft steep bank into a perennial stream is on one side & right on the edge of the road. The bank has vegetation growing on it so to someone who doesn't know better it looks like a hard surface. It is not only unsafe for cars but it is EXTREMELY unsafe for us to walk down.
