Description
My neighbor and I have driveways on the sides of our homes that lead to a city right-of-way. That right-of-way would be Turf Road had it been paved from Granite Hall to Shirley. The right-of-way is half grass, but was paved from Shirley to our driveways more than 20 years ago. I think this was done because a river of water flows across my yard and down the right-of-way when it storms. The pavement is in very bad shape and needs repairs or replacement. Thank-you.
