Message: To Whom It May Concern: I am not sure who to direct this to, so I am hoping you can assist me in finding the City Arborist. In the last 3 weeks, the tree directly in front of 3206 Monument Avenue has lost almost 50% of it's leaves and the vast majority of the remaining leaves have died. No other tree on the block (mostly all the same tree) has begun the seasonal change. I am concerned that the tree is dying and am hopeful that it can be saved. Do you know who I would need to speak with
