Description

trees in front of her property are causing the side walk to be come uneven and there is some black tar in front of her home and there is a huge water right outside her gate when it rains

    major tree root issue. citizen states that tree is dead. we must get urban forestry to inspect tree before any sidewalk removal can be done.
