The citizen has a tree that needs to be cut down. There are a lot of large limbs that fallen on the property.

Need to discuss a COR tree in the front of his house on COR property. The tree needs to be taken down because it's dead and limbs are continuously falling. Virginia Power advised that they could drop the line after July; it is now Aug. Caller wants the status.
