Description
In the alley that runs behind the businesses on the 2900 block of West Cary (capital one, bevs, citizen burger) the alley way has several craters, pot holes, standing water and the road is really a mess. Paving the alley would be really beneficial to the business and the residents who utilize the alley for deliveries, to get to their homes, etc.
