    Hello Mr. Brennan , located at 4104 Dover Road 23221, request number DPW000018720. The notes state the tree is fine and need pruning. Will check in the spring. The citizen state the tree Is dead andbeen dead for over a year. the tree is 3 Story high citizen is afraid the tree may fall . this tree is dead center of home . the bark is dislodged from the tree its between sidewalk and the road. 3 feet away from water meter.
