Description
Not an emergency - but 311 does not have a simple request for suggestions. The lights at 14th/Dock St, 14th/E. Canal, and 14th/E. Cary St. should be looked into for reprogramming of their timing. These lights are never in sequence and cause a back up and intersection blocking every morning and evening during rush hours.
