Description
The light at Hermitage and Laburnum does not give enough time on green for Hermitage Rd. Traffic on Southbound Hermitage backs up during morning rush hour so that only a small portion of the cars waiting to go through the intersection make it each cycle. This means that cars pulling out of my neighborhood from Hill Monument Pkwy are unable to turn onto Hermitage.
