Description
The curve in front of 600 Cowardin Ave has many accidents with vehicles running off the road. The property and pedestrians can be protected by simply adding a guardrail along the curve between the street and sidewalk. This simple fix would prevent out of control vehicles from running over trees, power poles, and people.
