Description

Alleys are in terrible condition. Enormous car-swallowing potholes! Standing water breading bugs! Both alleys bounded by Hanover and Stuart Aves between Roseneath and Tilden Rds. Last year's efforts were sub-par and alleys are as bad as ever.
