Description
**This sidewalk has caused falls by 2 elderly women in the last week!!** Needs to be fixed immediately. Sidewalk is raised due to what appears to be tree roots. That is dangerous, as well as the flooding of water that results on the lower side of the sidewalk. This creates a layer of slick mud on that part of the sidewalk and I have personally slipped on it. Imagine someone jogging that slides on this mud...instant injury lawsuit. This sidewalk is a huge liability and I will be reaching out to Councilman Hilbert as well regarding the issue, because surely someone else is going to be injured by this soon. Take the tree out if you need, just fix the sidewalk please!
