Large tree needs inspection and likely removal. Has dropped large limbs on two vehicles causing significant property damage. Poses risk to pedestrians, vehicles, and homes in vicinity. This has been reported by multiple citizens over a period of several years with no action taken—both prior to and following vehicle damage.
