Description

There used to be 13 trash cans, now there are 8. 3 have been stolen and two burned up. These cans service more than 20 legal units. As a single family home occupant and home owner services by this alley, when VCU starts in August especially and throughout the school year, this is a big problem. There are not enough cans for the volume of trash and/or not enough collection days for recycle and trash. Please help. Thank you.
