Hi Sam, Ms. James called this morning requesting to speak with you. She stated that the tree was pruned in February and that you told her that you would be back at another time to prune it more. (Isee this was Michael’s area before) She stated the tree appears to be bending and she is worried that it will fall. There are two Service Request in two different names. SR 377071 dated 9/11/18 and SR 400170 dated 7/12/19. Ms. James number is 804-239-0516. Thank you
