    citizen calling to check status... branches and things have already come down and needs to be picked up

    Arborist talked with resident by phone. Explained that tree was not in our inventory and further research needed to be done to determine if this was a city tree. Arborist stacked brush for client in frontof her house. Explained the process to submit a request for bulk and brush pick up.

    Ms. James called to follow up on the pruning of the City tree and also Ivy being taken off tree. I told her I would pass her info to the Arborist. Ms. James also wanted to thank Mr. Lilly for takingdown the tree at 3320 Cliff Ave.
