Description

No "water collection ditch" exists NORTH of the delineation marker on my 6827 Longview Drive property. Currently, ALL storm water run-off enters my yard approximately ten feet NORTH of the black and white, delineation marker. I am concerned that the north side of my yard will be flooded when Hurricane / Tropical Storm "Florence" makes landfall here in RVA. The existing ditch on the WEST side of Longview Drive and SOUTH of the delineation side provides adequate drainage for my property.
