Description
Vegetation along both sides of Chippenham Parkway (from the entrance ramp at Forest Hill Avenue to the exit ramp at Huguenot Road is obscuring traffic signs. According to VDOT, this section of Chippenham Parkway is maintained by the City of Richmond.
