Description
The light at this address, which allows people to leave the hospital, is not synced with the next traffic light at the Jahnke/Hioaks intersection. In fact, it is timed the exact opposite of what it should be, with the light turning green at Jahnke/Hioaks when the light at 7150 Jahnke turns red. This causes traffic to back up down Jahnke, down the ramp from 150, and even on 150 itself during busy times. Note that improving the light timing here would improve conditions for ambulances as well.
