Description
There is an immense overgrowth of vegetation, making the sidewalk unusable. Citizens are forced to walk in the street on their way to work, school, etc. This is particularly scary when cars are parked illegally on the other side of the road, blocking oncoming traffic's sight to pedestrian traffic. Please address this concern, thank you so very much for keeping Richmond clean. (This problem is located on the hill portion of Cedar Street, ascending from Marshall Street to Mosby Street.) I'm attaching a photograph to display the obstructed sidewalk.
