office number 335-5060. in Scotts addition there are cars rapped around the curbs, they are parking in the middle of the street, citizen parks the wrong way on the street. the 1800 block of Mactavish street is not marked. the road was parallel parking now you have to pull in to park. citizen has almost be hit tree times because people flying out Apartments. there needs to be directional and no parking signs. placed .trucks can not make deliveries
