Description
The ditch that is overgrown is on Cottrell Road in front of the CVS- the address is 4705 Walmsley Blvd. The ditch is very overgrown and starting to grow into the street. Cars have to move into the wrong lane to avoid the weeds. Every time it rains the ditch overflows into the street.
