Description
Our street does not drain properly since the city repaved East Broad Street last year. The repaving created a dam at preventing water to drain. This leaves a puddle approximately 6” deep and most of the block long to stagnate for long after any rain has occurred. It is foul smelling, unsightly, a haven for mosquitoes and it effects multiple homes on the block. We have put in MULTIPLE requests to have it fixed, only to get a ‘completed’ message when NO work has been done. PLEASE fix this issue!
