Description
The Alley behind our building is in very poor shape. It has drastic elevation changes. There is also a steep drop off at the end of the sidewalk with an asphalt “ramp” that no where meets code. We are doing construction at 1 E Cary St & want to go on record that these conditions existed prior to us beginning work. The attached photos were taken on May 14, 2018
