Description

The power and phone lines coming from the alley to my house are drooping so low that I can touch them in my backyard. They need to be tightened somehow so they aren’t a nuisance and danger to my kids while playing in the yard. I’m not sure that this should be classified as an alley repair but I couldn’t find another description that fit. Dominion (power) and Verizon (phone) have both told me this is a city issue, not theirs.
