Description
Traffic signal at Jahnke and German School does not function properly. The light stays green for too long for drivers on German School Road (crossing over Jahnke). There are times when traffic backs up on Jahnke while there are no cars in the intersection. This occurs at all hours of the day (even at 0400). It is very frustrating to set at a red light when no cars are in the intersection.
