    I spoke with Ms. Metsler in regards to her request for one handicap parking space to be provided. And, DPW -TED will install a day and time period handicap parking space signage in front of her establishment at 2418 E Franklin St. This space will have a 2 hour parking limit. The work is scheduled to be completed within 45 days.
