Description
Large commercial size dumpster on site for months with no pick up. Citizens illegal dumping on site and adjacent ABC parking lot, broken glass on parking lot, standing water, human waste from vagrants, 2 foot high grass, wood, nails, pallet, household garbage around lot and dumpster, plastic containers, boxes, sink. Lot only cut 2 times a year, never maintained over the years.
