Description
overgrown vegetation blocking view on exit ramp exiting onto Forest Hill from Chippenham North. There is a sidewalk on left side on Forest Hill that ends and the cross walk cuts across the exit ramp back onto the sidewalk on the right. You can't see towards the right if someone is crossing. I was exiting under the speed limit and had to slam on breaks because someone was crossing over to the other side walk and I couldn't see them due to vegetation. FYI-this is my 2nd call on this matter.
