Description

Tree in front of our apartment has several dead limbs that need to be pruned/removed. They are hanging directly over our walkway, the sidewalk, and the street. We have to avoid using our walkway for fear of the branch breaking and falling on our heads and we avoid parking under the tree in case a branch breaks.
