Description

Caller states that her neighbor's tree at 3207 Maryland Avenue has roots coming out of the ground and with the next soaking rain, it is going to fall over onto her property and destroy her shed and fence. Caller states that she has attempted to speak to property owners and has left several messages with NO response or regard.
