Description

1511 West Ave Richmond va 23220 Susan Sutherling Downspout that empties into the City’s sewer system is blocked from draining because of decaying leaf debris and small limb refuse that falls and is caught in the in built gutter to go into the front downspout to be trapped there. The primary cause is the City’s tree that overhangs the roof and gutter. We have to see if roto rooter can help and tree roots are also the problem. Request for tree limb cutting never carried out.
