DEAD TREES NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. PART OF THE TREE IS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY ONE OF THE LIMBS FELL AND ALMOST FELL ON CITIZEN. THE LIMBS ARE HANGING OVER ON TO THE STREET.
