Description

Someone stole two large scoops of earth on the alley side of my back fence. They used earth moving equipment and took away probably several hundred pounds of earth (removing a large part of a sort of hill that goes up to my fence starting at the edge of the alley drive) leaving exposed clay/soil. The city might want to take a look and see if they need to add soil back there. It's going to erode like it is right now. I'm filing a police report because they also damaged my fence.
