Description

There is a t shaped alley behind 353 Albemarle Ave. the alley behind 353 doesn’t look too bad but the connecting alley between Albermarle Ave and Lexington is riddled with ruts and potholes. It appears dangerous and nearly impassable. Needs to be graded and regraveled. There should be a drainage ditch which should be maintained as well.
