Description

Very large pothole in the alley between Ellwood and Cary Street, directly behind 3321 Ellwood. Cars are bottoming out and the pothole expands with every rain. Rain water is also collecting and increasing mosquitoes. This alley is well traveled as it's directly adjacent to the city owned public parking garage.
