Description
The traffic signal at Janhke Rd. and German School Rd. is set so the traffic coming out of the new apartments and off of German School Rd. have the longer light. It does not seem to acknowledge traffic on Janhke Rd. and is backing up traffic on both sides of Janhke. This is ridiculous at 6 am. and any other time of the day, as there is not enough traffic coming out of the new apartments to warrant such a long light.
