CITIZEN SAT THROUGH 3 LIGHTS AND THE STRAIGHT LIGHT NEVER TURNED GREEN BUT THE LEFT TURN LIGHT WORKS SO SHE HAD TO MAKE A LEFT TURN AND THIS IS HAPPENING VERY OFTEN WHERE THE LIGHT DOES NOT CHANGE TO PROCEED IN ALL DIRECTIONS ONLY LEFT TURN
